Welcome to Little Movements Returns page. We’ll cover our policy, as well as our most frequently asked questions related to returns and exchanges below.

What is your Return Policy?

We always try our best to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Below is how to return an item:

 

  • The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs on returns.
  • Little Movements offers in store credit for all returns made within 30 days of order receipt with all tags attached to the item. Exchanges must also happen within 30 days.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. If we receive items from final sale, we will send you an email asking you if you'd like us to ship them back to you at your expense, or we will donate the item for you to our favorite local charity.
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense or donated to our favorite local charity.
  • NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items include - Bodysuits, swimwear, socks, sunglasses and water bottles.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible. If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted.
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. We do our best to quality check all of our items, but if you receive a damaged item let us make it up to you! Original tags must still be attached to the damaged garment and we must be informed of the damage/defect before the garment is worn. If it has been within the 3 day period, we will cover return shipping costs as well as replace the garment. Please contact lmcustomerservice18@gmail.com for assistance.
  • Little Movements Apparel reserves the right to charge a flat $15.95 restock fee for excessive returns. This pertains to a return rate over 75%.
  • Little Movements Apparel reserves the right to terminate accounts in its sole discretion.

How do I return my merchandise?

  • All in store returns are free, just stop in with your item during any of our open hours.
  • If mailing back a return, the customer is responsible for making a label and getting their order back to us within 30 days of receipt. The address to mail back to is:

When will my return be processed?

  • We typically process all returns within 3-5 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email showing it has been completed. We appreciate your patience around the holidays. Please record your tracking information to check when it arrives back to our facilities.

Little Movements does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.

Little Movements is not responsible for the following: Delays with UPS, FedEx or USPS delays. International duties or customs charges. Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. FedEx, USPS or UPS will be responsible once we ship the package. Once the package is marked delivered by USPS, FedEx or USPS you will need to contact whichever carrier was responsible for your package to obtain any information. Once the package has left our facility we are no longer held responsible. Please reach out to the carrier directly before reaching out to us if there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery.
